Signature Beef & Bison Burgers

The Burger Cellar offers three types of premium grinds. Ontario Natural AAA Black Angus, North Fork farms Organic Bison and Rockwood County Prime hand-packed burgers. Burgers are served on your choice of a dairy-free, gluten-free, classic sesame seed or whole wheat bun. Our burgers are cooked to a proper internal temperature of 160 F (71 C). Your premium ground beef or bison burger is fresh, there may still be traces of pink inside when fully cooked.
